About jwall.org
Some stuff about jwall.org and myself
While working for a network security company I finished my diploma with a thesis on "Anomaly detection in Web-Applications", combining methods of artificial intelligence with the generation of positive security models for ModSecurity and have become an excessive user of ModSecurity since then.
Besides working as a researcher on further combining machine-learning methods with web-security approaches at the University of Dortmund, I happen to work as a freelancer, mainly focused on web-security consulting and ModSecurity deployments.
jwall.org
The jwall.org site has been started as a platform for the tools I developed for analysis and research purposes. It is home to several applications such as
- the web-audit library for parsing ModSecurity logs
- the AuditViewer
- my Web Policy Language project
